Almah Miramar Villas

Developer Backhome blends contemporary architecture with natural materials in the Almah Miramar Villas. Bamboo N-durance cladding was chosen for the façades and ceilings, unifying the interior and exterior of the villas. Enhanced by the coastal sunlight, the warm amber tone of the material creates a welcoming atmosphere that invites residents to enjoy the surrounding garden.

Bamboo N-durance cladding is incredibly hard and stable, reaching the highest EU durability class. It requires no periodic maintenance and gradually fades to a natural grey over time, though the color can be maintained with Cetol Ipe finish. The Grad installation system was used to effortlessly click the cladding boards onto an aluminium rails, resulting in an impressively uniform finish.
