Issy Coeur de Ville

The apartment buildings in Issy-Les-Moulineaux are part of an urban planning project aimed at reconnecting city residents with nature. To achieve this, the buildings have been built around an urban park with trees and pedestrian areas that encourage neighbourhood life. The many trees in the park help reduce the impact of greenhouse gas emissions, as well as reducing the effect of the urban heat island. The apartment deck has been built using MOSO^® Bamboo X-treme^® Decking, with a total of over 6,000 m² of Bamboo Decking installed. Made from the endless resource of the bamboo plant, Bamboo X-treme^® Decking meets the needs of the Issy Cœur de Ville project with a material able to lock 199,402 kg of carbon in this project.
