Les Jardins d’Eau

Les Jardins d’Eau is part of  Mareterra, Monaco’s new sustainable district developed as an extension of the coastline. This unique eco-district covers approximately 6 hectares and offers a remarkable combination of high-quality architecture, nature, and innovative sustainable solutions. Les Jardins d’Eau is a prestigious residential complex comprising 110 apartments and 10 villas, located in a green and tranquil environment featuring a landscaped park, a marina, and a wide coastal promenade. The project demonstrates how luxury living and sustainable development can come together in one future-oriented destination.

Within this prestigious project, more than 11,000 m² of MOSO^® Bamboo X-treme has been installed for both decking and ceiling cladding in the residential areas. The bamboo was selected by internationally renowned architects for its combination of technical performance, durability, and warm natural appearance. For this project, MOSO Bamboo X-treme was supplied with a bespoke finish in the Itauba colour and installed using the patented, removable Remoclip system by Ravaioli Legnami. Through this combination of aesthetics, quality, and innovative installation, the material contributes to the premium appearance and sustainable ambitions of Mareterra.
