Open Park Villa

The Open Park Villa by i23 architecten consists of five interconnected volumes, each uniquely sized and with its own ceiling height. The villa shifts in character from every angle, giving it a dynamic appearance. Enhancing the cohesion of the entire ground floor is the patio, taking a central place in the design and inviting natural light deep into the interior. The adjacent terrace provides a magnificent view of the Bamboo X-treme cladding used for the façade and canopy. The natural material blends seamlessly with the surrounding greenery, allowing the structure to feel organically rooted in its environment.

The narrow width of the cladding boards lends the design a minimalist and refined aesthetic. Over time, the façade will develop a natural grey patina, requiring no periodic maintenance. Thanks to the exceptional strength and stability of Bamboo X-treme, the cladding will remain a striking architectural feature for decades to come.
