Tia Santa is a new healthy food restaurant chain with its first restaurant in the heart of Barcelona. The whole concept incorporates natural materials from sustainable sources and follows a sustainable idea. Nature is integrated into the interior design with a modular vertical garden system. In addition, many measures were taken to reduce the energy consumption of the restaurant. Wood is featured in in many mainly decorative installations, while frequently used surfaces like floors and tabletops were made of Purebamboo. This product is entirely made out of solid bamboo strips for high performance.
