The V&A Waterfront in Cape Town is Africa’s oldest working harbour and one of the most popular tourist attractions. In recent years it has turned into a vibrant hub for art, craft, fashion and design, and is visited by more than 24 million people per year. MOSO Bamboo products have been used in a number of areas and applications in the V&A precinct. Visitors can enjoy a leisurely stroll on the new East Pier walkway. Here, approximately 500 square meters of MOSO® Bamboo X-treme decking has been installed. Its exceptional stability and durability, and its ability to cope well with the harsh coastal climatic conditions at this location, make it ideal for the heavy foot traffic from the ever-increasing number of visitors.
