Victoria Wharf Shopping Centre – Lux Wing

At the heart of Cape Town’s iconic V&A Waterfront, the balcony concourse of the Lux Wing in the Victoria Wharf Shopping Centre demonstrates how a natural material can meet the demands of a premium shopping destination. Designed by K M H Architects, the concourse is finished with 450 m² of MOSO^® Bamboo X-treme decking, made from compressed, thermally treated bamboo strips and engineered to withstand coastal conditions and heavy foot traffic. Overhead, MOSO^® Bamboo X-treme rebated cladding lines the canopy soffit, creating a striking ceiling while contributing to the gallery’s warm, premium atmosphere.
