More stable than hardwood

MOSO^® Bamboo N-durance comes with a 25 year warranty (10 years for outdoor beams) thanks to its high stability, durability, strength and wood-like characteristics.

To create MOSO^® Bamboo N-durance, bamboo stems are crushed, steam-pressured and compressed. This Outdoor-Density process results in a material that is stronger and harder than almost any other hardwood in the world, reaching the highest EU durability class.
The characteristic caramel colour emerges during the steam-pressure treatment, which simultaneously stabilizes the material. Thanks to this exceptional stability, Bamboo N-durance boards can be easily installed through the end-match system without gaps between the ends of boards.
Up to fire class B is reached without the use of fire retardants. This means Bamboo N-durance is suitable for apartments and commercial buildings.
MOSO^® Bamboo N-durance is pre-finished with a protective coating that prevents fast weathering and limits surface fungi development.

Build sustainably with MOSO^® Bamboo N-durance. Bamboo is the fastest growing plant in the world and regrows after harvesting, meaning no deforestation takes place. At the same time, large amounts of CO2 are captured. The environmental benefits of MOSO^® Bamboo N-durance contribute to a higher certification score for green building projects, such as LEED and BREEAM. Additionally, all products are available with the FSC^® certificate for sustainable forestry on request.
