Variable widths to create a unique and eye-catching look.
In collaboration with Dutch façade specialist Awood, an elegant product range to enhance any façade has been developed. A trend in cladding is the use of boards or slats in different widths that create a stunning look over the full façade. To fulfill the demand of variable widths, MOSO® Bamboo X-treme Varibo is available in widths of 65, 100, 137 or 178 mm. Each board is 1850 mm long and 18 mm thick. Additionally, the 65 and 100 mm wide boards are also available in a 3D version with a thickness of 30 mm. Thanks to an end-match system, optically endless lengths can be created. With the installation of a 18 mm MOSO® Fastener in the edge grooves, ensuring a 5 mm gap, this look can be defined in many ways making every installation unique. Vertical installation is recommended for these cladding boards, while in horizontal installations water can stay in the groove.

Bamboo X-treme Varibo Cladding can be installed with MOSO® Fasteners. Additionally, various Cladding profiles are available that fit the Grad installation system. The Grad installation system is a patented and unique solution to install Bamboo X-treme Cladding fast and easy on aluminium rails with hidden and demountable clips. The system allows for very detailed lines in the design. Installation on the Grad system makes the facade cladding circular and future-proof, since the cladding boards and installation system can be easily separated and recycled.
The Closed profile cladding offers a great advantage with the fire protection class B-s2-d0 (EN 13501-1) for the complete system, without the need for impregnation with expensive and environmentally harmful fire retardants. The cladding board is screwed to the substructure and the next board covers the screw, resulting in a beautiful bamboo façade. The Closed profile is available in 100, 137 and 155 mm width, allowing unique facades to be created with this profile as well.
