Closed profile for extra fire safety

The Closed profile cladding offers a great advantage with the fire protection class B-s2-d0 (EN 13501-1) for the complete system, without the need for impregnation with expensive and environmentally harmful fire retardants. The cladding board is screwed to the substructure and the next board covers the screw, resulting in a beautiful bamboo façade. The Closed profile is available in various widths, allowing unique facades to be created with this profile as well. A special version of the 155 mm board has been developed to achieve the fire classification of the closed cladding profile, while having the appearance of a façade with spacing between the boards due to the false groove.

Closed cladding installed on the Grad system

MOSO® Bamboo Closed Cladding offers two installation options: a standard installation with hidden screws or on the Grad system. A special board has been developed to enable the installation of Bamboo X-treme Closed Cladding on the Grad system. The Grad installation system is a patented and unique solution to install Bamboo X-treme Closed Cladding quick and easy on aluminium rails with hidden and removable clips. The system allows an exact installation to obtain the most precise final result with an incredible design. Installation on the Grad system makes the facade cladding circular and future-proof, since the cladding boards and installation system can be easily separated and recycled.
